Thanks to all who turned out for the GAA Healthy Clubs Launch in the Clubhouse, on a frosty March evening. Special mention to Emma Weaver for her presentation on Mental Wealth, no doubt all who attendened will have taken something valuable away from the evening. Wellness Wednesdays will continue on the first Wednesday of each month through Spring & Summer.
