Sophie and Rossa Mac Aindriu opened The Toastery in 2022 after travelling to Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The cafe is now a firm favourite in Enniskillen town centre serving locally sourced grilled farmhouse cheese toasties, superb coffee and treats. Sit in or takeaway
