Club notes 2nd June 2025
Good Luck to our minor girls who take on Irvinestown in the division 1 league final on Thursday evening at 7.30pm. At this stage a venue is yet to be confirmed, keep an eye on social media for updates.
The senior men travel to Derrygonnelly on Friday evening for the Club Players’ play-off. Throw-in is at 7.30pm. The reserves are at home to Roslea on Saturday, throw-in time TBC.
On Friday evening we are hosting an event in the clubhouse for people to meet and reminisce about the days before Brewster Park. If you have any old photo’s or stories from these days please come along for a cup of tea and a chat from 7.30pm.
The Gaels summer camp is now open for booking on the club website. For children aged 5-13 this is a week of sport, arts and crafts with something for everybody. Running from 18th – 22nd August this is always a popular event and early booking is recommended.
This year we are also running a boot camp aimed at 11-14 year olds and running from 11th – 15th August. The boot camp will have a focus on athletic development, Pilates yoga, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and running techniques. Places are limited and booking is open now, again go to the club website for details. 11th – 15th August.
Lotto numbers for this week 10,15,20,23 we had no Jackpot winner. £6900 Jackpot this week. £20 winners were Stephen Leonard, Breege Reilly and Derek Clarke. Tickets available from all usual outlets and online at Klubfunder.
