Saturday was a first for the club with our U12 boys fielding 5 league teams across 5 divisions.
The focus on development of our youth section over recent years has begun to bear fruits. On Saturday the club were able to field 5 teams across 5 divisions at U12 level. The boys travelled across the county for matches in Newtownbutler, Devenish and Tempo with 2 home fixtures played at Erne Integrated College against Erne Gaels and St. Patrick’s, Donagh.
It would be impossible to achieve this without the help and cooperation of the players and parents as well as a huge team of coaches. It’s a credit to the club spirit and the ambition of the club youth committee that we could pull this off successfully.
Great to see that the future of the club is looking so healthy.
