The u15 Hurlers concluded their season on Monday evening
The young Gaels put on a great show against St. Aidan’s in Brewster Park for the B Final. A tight first half saw them go into half-time just ahead.
After suffering a few injuries the Gaels struggled to get a foothold in the second half as the oposition found their form to take the trophy.
The boys have had a great season with success in the Tain Og earlier in the year, the future looks bright as this young team will mostly all be eligable for U15 hurling again next year.
Big thanks to Shaun Donnelly for coaching the boys with the help of Brendan McEvoy and Barry Smyth. Also to the parents who have put the miles in over the past few months getting the boys to games across the county and beyond.
Also thank you to Mary McElroy for providing the images.
