Belcoo 0-13 Enniskillen 0-07
The Gaels made their exit from the Intermediate Championship with a 0-13 to 0-07 defeat to Belcoo in Derrygonnelly on Saturday night.
There was little between the sides early on with Belcoo claiming a 0-04 to 0-03 lead after 20 minutes.
The Enniskillen points during this period came from John Reilhill, Brian McAleer and Eoin Beacom, but Belcoo landed the final two points of the half to lead 0-06 to 0-03 at the break.
An Aaron Dolan point moved Belcoo four ahead in the opening moments of the second half but the Gaels hit back with Conor McAleer blasting over when in on goal and Brian McAleer converting a free.
Johnny Feeley and Brian McAleer then swapped points to leave it 0-08 to 0-06 with 42 minutes played but the period following this saw the game slip away from Enniskillen as Belcoo hit four points in a row to move six clear.
McAleer and Feeley again swapped points and although the Gaels pressed hard in the latter stages with Conor Watson hitting the crossbar and Conor McAleer denied by Gary Doherty in the Belcoo goals, they could not close the gap as Belcoo progressed.
